Jacob has been playing Halo since he was a wee lad. He's competed in dozens of tournaments, and understands how they work. He started putting together local Halo tournaments in 2024. They were popular with friends and he decided he wants to share them with the wider community.

Zack has lived in Roslindale for 3 years now and has enjoyed becoming a member of the community. He previously worked at The Square Root, where he met Jacob and Miles, and the three became friends. After making custom cocktails for the initial small scale tournaments Jacob threw, he agreed to help put on RCS, where the whole community could join in. He's currently an Adjunct Instructor of Computer Science at Bunker Hill Community College.
